I went to Melbourne over the Easter weekend and looked at this property and fell in love for so many reasons. The location is fantastic with a tram stop almost on the front door and train station around the corner. The fixtures and fittings are the best I’ve seen in any new development and I love that they use the same in the penthouse as they do in every other apartment – that’s how good they are! They have thought of the little details like pop up power points in the kitchen benches, 40mm stone benchtops, very clever features in the built in robes, delivery lockers in the foyer, terrific outdoor terrace with views to the city plus a resident’s lounge that would be a great co-work space. It’s also very well priced in a sought after location. So many things to love!
