Jason started investing in property at the age of 21 and has built a significant portfolio of properties since then.
Researched Locations
Working with property market researchers and developers, each location that we recommend is put through a stringent test to ensure it meets our criteria. A recommended location must have major infrastructure investment and forecast high population growth. These are the best indicators of rental demand and capital growth.
Once we pinpoint the high growth area, we then meet with developers to select the very best properties at various price points to present to our clients.
We do all the groundwork. You just make your property selection to meet your budget and your investing strategy.
